The decoration at this lovely rural retreat was simply delightful. The old house was beautifully adorned with antique furniture and charming touches that transported me back in time. The general areas, such as the guest lounge, were inviting and cozy. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with easy staircases and comfortable seating areas throughout the property. It was a pleasure to relax and unwind in such a welcoming environment.
I would have enjoyed a better vacation experience if there were more activities or excursions specifically tailored for senior people. While the staff was friendly and helpful, I would have appreciated if they had provided more assistance and suggestions for activities suitable for guests of my age.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by hills and with great views of the mountains. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a nice guest lounge and easy parking. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they spoke better English than my Spanish. The breakfast was delicious, and the air in this valley was fresh and clean. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the railway, directly opposite a train station. a wonderful experience!
It was all superb.

I had the most wonderful stay at a charming little hotel in a beautiful location. The owner was incredibly welcoming and even cooked a delicious supper for me. The room was absolutely fantastic, so clean and comfortable, and I had a peaceful night's sleep. The historic building added a touch of enchantment to my stay, and I even learned that Nicole Kidman filmed a movie nearby! The fresh and clean air was just the cherry on top of a lovely experience. I highly recommend staying at this delightful hotel.
One drawback was that the hotel is located near a main rail line, so I did hear the sound of passing trains until the early hours of the morning. Additionally, the bed in my room was a bit smaller than expected, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

Wow! Our stay at this place was absolutely mind-blowing! The owner of this enchanting historic building was so welcoming and hospitable. And let me tell you, their cooking skills are next level! I highly recommend trying their supper, it was superb! Our room was fantastic, so clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed after a night on board the ship. The location is just perfect, with fresh and clean air. And guess what? It's pet-friendly! Our Labrador had a blast here. The host, Orlando, was super friendly and accommodating, showing us the best places to eat and explore nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here, it's a lovely spot and has all the amenities one could ask for: wifi, on-site car park, luggage storage, restaurant. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with wooden floors and double beds. It felt like coming home after a long day of sightseeing. The private bathroom was clean and came with complimentary toiletries, making us feel pampered during our stay. We loved that some rooms had bathtubs or showers, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The flat-screen TV and desk in the room were great for unwinding and catching up on work or watching our favorite shows. The hotel had thoughtfully adapted a bathroom for people with reduced mobility, showing their attention to inclusivity.
Personally, we found the soundproofing of the rooms could have been better. But others might not mind it as much and still enjoy their stay.
